I always love eating my favorite chicken place wish was next door or walking distance could eat this place everyday.
Craving for a roasted chicken with house salsa? This is the place! in every bite you can taste the savory and flavor difference even without sauce. If you order with the chicken meal with 2 sides, (rice and coleslaw is my jam)! you have also an option to choose what part of chicken you like whether leg and thigh or breast and wing (it has a different price). Download their apps, and you can get a reward points every time you order and also see their full menu list (Cool!) I like this place, kinda have the quiet mood, but sometimes they're getting busy at lunch time but due to their efficiency you can never tell. Hopefully they will bring back the salsa overload outside, like before Covid days, i missed rhat.
Great customer service from Richard and friendly staff. complements to the cooks in this establishment, the meat was cooked to perfection. The establishment is also very clean and lots of seating for my party. Appreciated that the food was made to order and served hot Definitely will be visiting again
Good tacos. All 3 stars. Chicken Carnitas Shrimp The real highlight is pleasant and positive lady at the register. I ordered online and when I came in a lady behind the counter welcomed me in. She found my order then offered additional salsas. As busy as they were she was happy and focused on her customer. Keep up the great work, you'll be a manager soon.
I rarely had El Pollo Loco since it's one of the least favorite fast food restaurants to go, but the chicken over there tends to be very juicy especially the rice. My family ordered other items like mashed potatoes and tortilla bread, but didn't have any of them since I'm not a big fan of them. This fast food chain is underrated, but I think that people should recognize this brand, because they serve good chicken.
